Rental Rates:

Lakeview Ballroom – Smaller Venue (Capacity: 80 guests)
Rental Fee: $3,500 + 22% service fee (staff fee)

Grand Ballroom – Larger Venue (Capacity: 200 guests)
Rental Fee: $5,500 + 22% service fee (staff fee)

Full Venue Rental (Includes Both Halls)
Rental Fee: $7,500 + 22% service fee (staff fee)

Additional Information:

• Any guest exceeding the maximum capacity will incur an additional charge of $55 per person.
• All rates listed are exclusive of tax.

What’s Included:

All venue rentals include tables and chairs for your event setup. Please note that table linens, napkins, silverware, and glassware are not included.

Catering & Beverages - Choose Your Perfect Partner

To ensure a seamless and delightful culinary experience for your guests, we've partnered with a selection of highly recommended and trusted caterers. These vendors have been chosen for their quality, reliability, and diverse menu options. If you prefer your own caterer, we require a COI from the caterer in advance. 

How it Works: Upon booking your venue, we'll be happy to provide you with our exclusive list of preferred catering vendors for you to directly contact and arrange your food and beverage services.

Bartender Service:
Enhance your event by adding a professional bartender for $500 per bartender.

Additional Requirements:

• A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required.
• All deposits and bookings are non-refundable.
